Norge has provided the Norwegian company Valero AS with the financial assistance it required to develop an efficient EU third directive training solution. The directive specifies the requirements set by the EU for member country money laundering and terror financing preventive work.

The result of this work has been the 'SeQwire' portal and two different content packs.

One pack is the e-learning module and the other is a news module. The solution is in English. The portal product range, both in terms of content and language versions available, are planned to be expand.

The portal?s main target group is the European banking and financial markets.
